For the purpose of registering and administering your account, we collect, use, store and otherwise process the following information about you:
- Your email address;
- your password.

We collect this information about you for the purpose of entering into a contract and store it for 2 years from the date of your last login to your account.

We collect, use and store the following information about you for the purpose of providing the Legalway Tool services:
- Name;
- your name;
- your email address;
- your account password;
- individual activity certificate number (if applicable);
- address;
- telephone number.
We collect this information about you for the proper performance of the contract and on the basis of a legitimate interest to provide the services and will retain it for 10 years after the end of the contract. Your account login and password will be stored for 2 years from the date of your last login to your account.

For the purpose of sending Legalway newsletters based on your consent, we collect, use and store the following information about you:
- Name;
- your surname;
- email address.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of the newsletter or by writing directly to us at mg@mavens.agency. This data is stored for one year after the consent is obtained.
